Our VoIP phone system works by converting your voice into digital signals that travel over the internet. You can make and receive calls on your smartphone using our app, which connects to our cloud-based system. This allows you to have a professional business phone presence without needing physical office hardware or giving out your personal number.

 

No special equipment is needed. All you need is your existing smartphone (iPhone or Android) and our mobile app. The system works over your phone’s data connection or Wi-Fi. For desk use, you can optionally use your computer with our web application or connect compatible VoIP desk phones.

 

Yes, we offer number porting which allows you to transfer your existing business phone number to our system. The porting process typically takes 7-10 business days to complete. During this transition, we can provide you with a temporary number so you don’t miss any calls.

 

Our system includes call forwarding and failover features. If you lose internet connection, calls can be automatically forwarded to another team member or to your mobile carrier number. Once your connection is restored, the system returns to normal operation. You can also set up voicemail to email so you never miss important messages.

 

With our system, you can easily transfer calls between team members with just a few taps in the app. You can perform both blind transfers (direct routing to another team member) and attended transfers (speak with your team member first before connecting the caller). This works seamlessly whether your team is in the office or spread across different job sites.

 

Our Standard and Premium plans include unlimited business text messaging within the US and Canada. This includes one-to-one messaging with clients and group messaging capabilities for team coordination. You can also send and receive images and files through the texting system to share job site photos or documents.

 

Security is a top priority. All calls and messages are encrypted end-to-end. Our system meets industry standards for data protection and privacy compliance. We use secure data centers with redundant backups to ensure reliability and data integrity. Access controls allow you to manage who in your team can access different features and information.

 

Yes, our system offers integrations with popular business tools including project management software, CRMs, scheduling applications, and accounting systems. Our Premium and Enterprise plans include API access for custom integrations. This allows you to connect your phone system with your existing business workflow tools for greater efficiency.

 

We provide multiple support channels including phone, email, and live chat. Standard support is available Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM EST. Our Premium and Enterprise plans include extended support hours and priority response. We also offer comprehensive onboarding assistance to help you get set up quickly, plus access to our knowledge base with guides and video tutorials.

 

No long-term contracts are required. Our service is available on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to scale up or down as your business needs change. We do offer discounted rates for annual prepayment. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. If you have prepaid annually, we provide prorated refunds for unused service.
